PURPOSE: TO CAPTURE SUNLIGHT WITH PHOTOVOLTIC LAYER ON CURTAIN WALL.

 TO CAPTURE WATER RUNOFFS

HOW: LOCATED NEXT TO THE INDUSTRIAL AREA.

THE BUILDING IS SITUATED BETWEEN TWO EXISTING WETLANDS. A CONSTRUCTED WETLAND WILL BE PLACED NEXT TO THE BUILDING TO CONNECT THE EXISTING WETLANDS IN ORDER FOR WATER RUNOFFS TO BE CAPTURED. THE WATER WILL THEN BE CLEANSE THROUGHT THE CONSTRUCTED WETLAND BEFORE RUNNING OFF TO THE MILL CREEK.
